Shipping & Returns
We use the postal service for all shipments made to Switzerland and Europe. We offer free standard shipping for orders above CHF 100.00.
Normally the time of standard delivery to Switzerland is within 2-5 business days (MO-FRI), after Jungle Folk has accepted and confirmed your order. All orders are fully traceable using a tracking number.
Please understand, that orders outside of Switzerland can take up to 15 business days after Jungle Folk has received your order.
Orders received over the festive season will be shipped mid of January 2022.
You can select express shipment for a small fee if you need your order soon. Please let us know, when you need the package.
Furthermore you are always welcome to pick up your package by person and meet us at our Studio in Zurich.
The item is too big or too small for you or you wish another color? No problem! We do offer exchanges within 14 days after purchase.
1. In order to exchange an item please reach out to email@example.com with your full name and order number. State what size or color you would like to exchange.
2. You will receive an email with the address where to send your return to.
3. After receiving the item we will send you the new size or color within 5 business days.
Please understand that we are not able to refund and bear any shipping costs or custom duties for the exchange. Items can only be exchanged for different size or color. Items that were purchased on Sale may not be exchanged.
You are not happy with your purchase item? You can return items purchased at the Jungle Folk online store within 14 days of the delivery date, except those bought with a discount. The returned goods must be unworn, with all tags attached. Please understand that we are not able to refund and bear any shipping costs or custom duties for the return. Jungle Folk GmbH reserves the right to deny refund if the merchandise does not meet policy requirements.
1. Please reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org with your full name and order number and the reason for the return. Please let us know if you want to get a refund in form of a voucher or return the product and get your money back.
2. You will receive an email with the adress where to send your return to.
3. After receiving the return we will send you the voucher or reimbursement within 10 business days. All refunds are issued to the original form of payment.
