The item is too big or too small for you or you wish another color? No problem! We do offer exchanges within 14 days after purchase.
1. In order to exchange an item please reach out to contact@junglefolk.com with your full name and order number. State what size or color you would like to exchange.
2. You will receive an email with the address where to send your return to.
3. After receiving the item we will send you the new size or color within 5 business days.
Please understand that we are not able to refund and bear any shipping costs or custom duties for the exchange. Items can only be exchanged for different size or color.

You are not happy with your purchase item? You can return any* items purchased at the Jungle Folk online store within 14 days of the delivery date.
The returned goods must be unworn, with all tags attached and in impeccable condition.
Jungle Folk GmbH reserves the right to deny refund if the merchandise does not meet policy requirements.

3. After receiving the return we will send you the voucher or reimbursement within 10 business days.
